Been lurking on the Tom's Hardware forums for awhile, and I've got a general idea on building PC, OC, and parts needed. The only thing I can't seem to find though is how far can I push the power supply on a 500W power supply?

According to Outervision, I have an estimated wattage of 476W of output with my current setup:

AMD FX6300 OC- 4.3GHZ
GTX 1060 OC 2109 Mhz, Memory Clock OC at 4196 Mhz
2 Patriot Signature 4GB RAM
EVGA 500W PSU (80 White Rated Powersupply)
2 120mm Corsair Fans
1 Case Exhuast Fan
1 DVD-Drive
1 TB WD Blue Hard Drive.

And the case is a CoolerMaster N200.

Will it be too much for my power supply? How much further can I OC the GPU, since I've already maxed out the CPU.

these are standard figures...thats why words like "apprx" and "typical" are used...usually hardwares consume somewhere around these regions if there is not drastically wrong with any component...

if ur computer is using anything majorly different from these figures then there could be some issue with the pc...
Lets look at wattage requirements
CPU___________________150Watts apprx
Video__________________ 100Watts apprx
MB Fans x 2______________30Watts apprx
4gRam x 4_______________ 20Watts apprx
MB power consumption_____10Watts typical
SoundCard_______________10Watts typical
===================================
Subtotal 320Watts
Add 2 Disks 20watts
###################################
System Ttl Wattage (ESTIM) 360 Watts

lets say its 400w...if u OC the card it will push maybe another 10-20watts...i think u still got some headroom there...
