Will it work? I'm planning on using its turbo mode.

I know the PCIE is backwards compatible, but I read that the rx480 wont work with the 2.0

Spec:
CPU: FX 6350 (Stock)
Mobo: Asus M5A78L-X V2 (only PCIE 2.0)
RAM: 2x4GB Avexir Core 1600 MHz
PSU: FSP Hexa+ 500w

Also recommend me a mobo with decent quality on low price.

2.0 x16 is perfectly fine, dont go wasting money on motherboards for your current setup

you should be saving money for a new build

Is that so? Someone told me that using the pcie 2.0 will cut the card's bandwidth to the point that it is the same with gt 730's bandwidth.
