Will my PC max all games with 45 or more FPS?

Solution
Short answer: Yes, at 1080p you will be able to hit around that FPS range in most all games except for higher end games like Battlefield 1 or Crysis 3, or some of the more recent additions to the market.

Dodgy answer: No, not all games. Some games will be heavily bogged down by bad optimization and not all will be as friendly with AMD as they are with Nvidia (of course, that works both ways).

Any game from 2013-upcoming games, I will upgrade my GPU to a GTX 1060 or 1070 in a few month's hopefully.

It will not MAX stuff out at 45fps all the time, you can still expect to use very high and high settings though.
Some stuff may be more demanding or poorly optimized though, so you'll probably have to turn a few settings down for stuff from 2015- present.
