I have biostar TH55B HD with os window 10 , I want to know it will support hard disk of WD Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB

yes it will, the HDD will auto-configure its sata speed down to sata2 used by yor motherbd.
This will not hinder performance of the drive as sata2 is still faster then the hdd can actually use.
