Clear the cmos, shut down the computer and unplug for a while, and try again.

If you fooled with voltages and power limits, you might have done permanent damage (especially with a low end PSU and excessive voltage)
  2. omg thank you i unplugged it for a few minutes and re plugged it back in, im so stupid im never going near MSI Afterburner again

Just read up on what overclocking is and how it affects the different components. Light overclocking is usually never a problem, but I would suggest studying a bit about voltage control before attempting voltage boosting for higher clocks.
  4. ill just stay away from it and be safe xD but i only tried it again because on my 1060 im getting like 30-50 fps on the bf1 beta no matter the settings its the same on low as ultra so i tried to overclock and boost it. Thanks again

That sounds like a CPU limitation... Do you have an FX6300 or something?
  6. yeah its fine with every other game apart from BF1

That CPU is horrible... You'll need to overclock it to >4GHz to even work right in many new games
  8. what should i upgrade to?

Any upgrade will cost quite a bit of money. For now you should just live with it, and when you can afford something like
