Hello Everyone!
Going to try to keep it short and simple.

Average Speedtest.net Results:
Download Speed: 19Mbps
Upload Speed: 0.4Mbps
Latency: 24
Jitter: 1ms

Usually, I recieve about 10-30 ping, however, recently I've been experiencing extremely HIGH ping issues on Video Games.
For the past 2-3 days, my ping has been at a constant ping of 700-900 on CS-GO and averages about 600 on League of Legends.

YES, I'm using Ethernet cable.
YES, I'm 100% I'm connecting to Australian Servers.
NO, no torrents or downloads are running.

Any help or advice will be very appreciated. Thank YOU!

This means the game must be telling lies. Hard to say what to adjust since it varies greatly from game to game. Only thing I could think of is if you the game is attempting to use more than the .5m upload rate you have. That is a pretty small number. The resource monitor may give you a clue. It should show how much network the game uses, you can also see cpu and memory use.
What happens if you tab out and run the speedtest program while the game is running.

In general if speedtest does not also show high latency then there is not a issue with your connection. The problem is to really test using speedtest the server would have to be located in the same data center as the game servers.

Many times when only games are affected the games are telling lies and blaming the network when it is actually something else. Many times it is things like video settings....why it would affect the network numbers in the game is hard to say but people have "fixed" ping times by adjusting video options.

Now this could be something like a ISP is on some backup circuit which make the path much longer but to really find this you would have to spend long amounts of time with tools like tracert and still you can not actually do anything to change it.

When I run both, I get the same results as above. 500 Ping In game, tab out, speedtest and results come through as:
10 ping
19 download, and so on.

Tested speedtest from different locations, where the majority of my CS-GO server are located, and yet I get the same issue.

I checked out my resource monitor, and saw Onedrive basically taking over everything. Ended it, and everything now is back to normal.

Thanks for your help. :]
