I'd say yes, but to be sure use a calculator and add some headroom: the actual maximum requirement + 100w.
They say a PSU works best at 50/60%, so maybe a 500w PSU would be more efficient and tolerate future upgrades better.
Of course it's better to choose a model made by a reliable brand and with 80Plus certification.
