Recently bought a new desktop from awd powered it up and everything seemed fine, i went to play bf1 and as soon as i entered into a game the frame rate plummeted to around 10. With msi afterburner active i noticed that the gpu usage was about 7% while in game. What i also noticed was my cpu temperature was sitting around 99c even while idle!
I've doubled checked in the bios and it says 99c as well.
Ive ran haven benchmark and got a decent score around 1400 off the top of my head

Msi h110m pro vd
16gb ram
Nvidia geforce gtx 1060 6gb
Bronze rated 500w psu
