need help with hard drive cables

I am building a PC for the first time and have bought a second-hand SATA hard drive. I was going to start building but then I notest I didn't have any connector cables . what connectors do I need and where shall I get them.

You need two connections: (1) SATA power, which should be available from your PSU (or if it is an older PSU model you may need a molex to SATA power adapter) and (2) a SATA data cable, pretty much any that you find will do. Newegg had some data cables for 99 cents no shipping, but pretty much anywhere online and several local shops (BestBuy, etc.) should have them. They will be more expensive locally.
