The Redline XFX R7 370 sold at Best Buy is a rebranded R9 270x. It has two 6 pin connectors just like their R9 270x had.
It is also recognized as an R9 270x in benchmarks.
Super affordable at $109.
I paid $249 for my R9 270x in Oct. 2013, so the price is way down

That is a horrible power supply, even the 750 Ti I would not risk running on that PSU.

Spend a bit on a different power supply, even the Antec VP or the Corsiar CS or CX models are better, about a 400 watt PSU, and get the 750 Ti. This also depends on your case also, did you check to see if the cards will fit inside your system?

I would not use any videocard that needs even a 6 pin connection with that power supply. This means the 750ti is your best chance. That power supply has 17A on the 12v rail, even my cheap Corsair 400W PSU has 30A on the 12V. If I was you, I'd spend money on a good, low cost power supply first, then get a new videocard later. What good will the videocard be if your power goes out?

Can you suggest me a good 550watt PSU that will fit in my cabinet and will the gtx 950 fit in my cabinet

No way to know what will fit since you did not provide any details about the computer aside from the power supply.

For a power supply, while not the best quality, for the price it's good, and way better than what you have now http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vs550-550-watt-psu/p/itmdg36xx8yzgjrs?pid=PSUDG34775NHYDHK&al=eT8qkRbetbwRT%2FEySvVcDcldugMWZuE7JTWSsYnGIuUA5or90svor6KrIR7Nwx37KhGZTB4qQlI%3D&ref=L%3A-5819892271387095399&srno=p_7&findingMethod=Search&otracker=start&ss=00ea769e44acda23fdec342c2b7deb38
