New AMD A12-9700P APU processor

Solution
AMD hasn't put L3 cache on their desktop CPUs since Piledriver. No FM2+ chip has it, and the A12, which is the same Carizzo you find on FM2+ in the form of the Athlon x4 845, doesn't either. Presumably this is because L3 cache significantly adds to die space, driving up cost to produce, and AMD's only hope of competing right now is in price.
