Can you Crossfire RX 470 and RX 480? not 2 RX470 or 2 RX480

I know crossfire can be done with the same type of hardware but when i saw an image benchmark, it got me confused

The CROSSFIRE tag works with 2 exactly same cards, now, you can use 2 differents cards in a same motherboard...

you can, but it's not optimal.
You need to make sure that "stronger" card is the main - like it's in a slot closer to CPU.

Generally with AMD, you can Crossfire cards as long as they are based on the same chip. The RX 470 uses a cut-down version of the same chip as the RX 480, so they should be compatible.
