GTX 770 ref. + i7 860 @ 3.6 GHz on 530 w Bequiet! PSU ?

Hello guys, i'm curently running a i7 860 @ 3.6 GHz and 1.28 V and a non oc hd 5850 on a be quiet! Pure Power L7 530W ATX 2.3 PSU. I want to ask you if i could upgrade to a gtx 770 referent version without bringing my cpu to deafult clock speeds ?

For sure you can use that. I am running an Intel core i7 4790k @4.0GHz which is the base clock and using a GeForce GTX 770 2gb and I am using a EVGA 500W 80+ PSU. I wouldn't recommend counting on it for years and years maybe use it for a few months until you can upgrade to something like 650w PSU but yeah it will work as long as your not using stress testing stuff like Prime95 or Cinebench. And just gaming or rendering stuff would be fine.
