Computer wont start, no display

My pc turns on and all the fans spin, but nothing happens on screen it says no signal. The HDD light blinks for about 6 seconds then becomes almost a solid light, i've reseated the RAM. It beeps when there is no ram and when there is no graphics card. and ive tried both hard drives and gotten the same results. please help

here is a few things I would try:
Reset the CMOS
Make sure the power supply is supplying a good amount of power
How many wats is your power supply?
If all else fails, then probably replace the motherboard is my best bet.
