Okay so I have followed a great deal of feeds from peoples problems that are the same as mine, but they all seem to find the solution, well I cannot.

I've reset winsock "netsh winsock reset" and dns and other comands in cmd prompt.

I've uninstalled my network adapter driver and reinstalled it.

There's been so many things I have done that I cannot recount them all to you.

I even bought a new network adapter because one feed led me to believe it was a hardward issue, but to no avail.

I've had this problem for weeks now and I don't understand a freaking thing that is going on with my desktop.

Here is the ipconfig /all:

If you have an answer, please help me. I need my desktop to access important webpages. It says I have a connection, and none of the troubleshooters can find anything, but I cannot access any webpages.

Thanks

I asked because the router was your DNS and routers usually have to rely on an external DNS. 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are Google DNS services; they provide them for obvious reasons. You could could also find your ISP's DNS IP address and use it as the primary DNS and Google as an alternate.
