pc screen goes black,blue,white, while gaming

i have bought a new gaming pc and while playing games screen goes black or blue or white. it happens on video or during loading.
the sound stucks like(the last word repeating again and again).but the gameplay gives 30+ fps.it happens with heavy games like mortal kombat x,ryse son of rome,gta v,shadow of morder.
my pc specs are
lenovo k300
core 2 duo e8400 3.0ghz
radeon hd 6950 1gb
ram 7gb ddr3
450watt antec psu
plzz help???

That is not a "new gaming pc", the E8400 CPU is old (about 8 years now) and is too slow for newer games on even low settings (depending on the game), and so is the 6950. Did you test the system before buying it?

Could be a bad video card, bad power supply, bad RAM, bad motherboard, issue with drivers, really anything.

Did you already try a new Windows setup with new drivers? If not, start with that.

Then you need to start swapping parts out, starting with the video card, then the power supply.

My first advice to you would be to try another graphics card, if you have one spare, as that could be the problem, although I'm no expert. Also, I would make sure you have the latest Graphics card drivers installed for your PC and the latest version of Direct X, if your computer can take it. If they are out of date, that will certainly cause gaming problems.

many games run without problems but during video and loading of 2015 games it gives this issue but their gameplay is smooth.
