i7-4790k -> Noctua NH-U12P SE2 or NH-D14

Hello everyone! I just got a i7-4790k, installed on ASUS Z87-C MB. In perfomance mode in games I see temps around 95 deg after 2 minutes. MB overclocks CPU up to 4600 MHz.
Yeah, that's a stock cooler :D
Tell me please, will NH-U12P SE2 do the job with my i7? Or it's better to get NH-D14?
Yeah, I will overclock. Maybe in future I will sculp i7 and use some "liquid metal" instead of TIM.

Thank you guys! I wish I could choose both answers as solution :(
I've ordered NH-D14! Can post results after installation :)
BTW when I set my freq to 4,1GHz - temp is maxed at 70 in games on stock cooler. Also auto OC is not the best thing in terms of voltages and temps :D
