What do you think of this build?

Solution
the PSU is seriously overpriced for it's quality.
you can get a XFX TS Gold for around 50pounds which will do a better job
also: any specific reason for not going skylake? A 6700+H170 board will cost the same and is state of the art tech, not last gen

Ok, I've changed it up a bit upon hearing your thoughts. How about this?

http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/yMmsLD

550W are enough, even if you were to upgrade to a 1070
sry, should have specified that earlier

also I'd personally go for a DDR4-RAM build.
not that there is much difference
but when in future you need to potentially upgrade to 16 or 32GB it will be a pain in the back finding DDR3 RAM

the CSM is not a quality PSU unfortunately.

I'd go with this:

if you want to stay under 900, get the 6700 and pair it with a H170 board (and use the stock cooler that comes with the 6700)
but it makes not much sense buying for a Z170 board but paring it with a locked CPU
