well if you were to build it yourself you can certainly get something better for that price

600W standard PSU doesn't sound too trustworthy
not convinced by that liquid cooler, will probably perform worse and louder than a decent air cooler
looks like they're using the founders edition 1070 which I do not recommend for a case like that as there are variants out that will be cooler, quieter, faster and cheaper
