Okay I had a really bad PC. I had a asus radeon 7700 series, and a intel pentium. I decided I wanted to get a better pc so i upgraded my stuff. I saved up a lot of money and got a list of these items.
GTX 1070
Intel i5 3570k 3.4GHz Quad-Core
750 Watt Power Supply
Now all of this cost a lot and I set up the computer correctly and put my components in.
Then I decided to test it out and it worked pretty okay. Until it got really bad.
CRASH,CRASH,CRASH,BLUESCREEN,BLUESCREEN,BLUESCREEN.
Over and over my games (mostly all of them) would just crash for no reason. Then I started getting blue screen of DEATH. It would have 5-6 different forms of reasons. I would get a crash in a game every 5-10 minutes. Sometimes 20+ if I'm lucky. Blue screen would happen after 1 hour or so of playing games, sometimes even while watching YOUTUBE. I had all my drivers installed I unistalled my old AMD drivers. Nothing worked. I thought it was my card so I put a different one in, a GTX 470. Not the best but atleast games are playable. Not even close. Less blue screens but same crashes.
I tried updating my BIOS but then I was stuck in crash and restart. Then I found a fix but I don't know if that screwed up my computer or updated my BIOS correctly. I don't know what to do. IT all happened when I bought the GTX 1070 card and used it on WINDOWS 10. Apparently this is the reason but then I used a old card and it still doesn't work. I tried Windows 8 Compatibility. Didn't work. I can't revert to windows 8 for some reason. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Please help me find a fix. I just want to play a game without have the game crash 15+ times in a hour. And my PC BLUESCREENING for no reason(also it bluescreened so much that it doesnt even restart for me I HAVE TO MANUALLY HOLD THE PHYSICAL POWER BUTTON DOWN TO GET IT TO SHUT OFF)

PLZ,PLZ,PLZ someone help me fix this I just want it to stop!

I really think this is the issue, sentey psu's are usually garbage

but you can also view the causes of your issues easily by doing this:

tap the Windows key once

and type in “reliability” under "search programs and files"

Click on “View reliability history” shortcut.

it is garbage and cant maintain power at load

it could also just be not a true 750w power supply, a lot of the low tier makers lie about wattage

many just slap on whatever wattage they want on actual "300w" units

if you look at your picture, "windows shut down unexpectedly" is suspicious

Okay I bought and installed the Corsair CXM 850W PSU (https://www.amazon.com/CORSAIR-CX850M-BRONZE-Haswell-Modular/dp/B00OVCJKWC). After Installed it instantly my whole computer just shut off. It was like pulling the power cord from the wall. No ERROR message, No BLUE SCREEN, nothing. Just everything turns off. I reseeding the memory, the GPU, checking the wires correctly, made sure enough fans were running. I am even going to test using a different outlet for my computer. But please if you could give me any suggestions?

Also I put in a GTX 460 to swap out the 1070 GPU and test if it was the GPU, and I still get crashes and blue screens, and now my PC just TURNS OFF for by it self.

I wiped my whole entire computer, went to Windows 8, didnt work, then to windows 7, still doesnt work. I bought heat sync and put a lot on my cpu, and my $100 850 watt should be fine for my Gtx 460. I still turns off when I play games. Nothing is working
