Whenever I start my pc it goes straight to "USB Device Over Current Status Detected will shut down in 15 seconds". I have tried turning it on with everything unplugged and the message still comes up, I have disconnected the front usb slots via the motherboard and still the same error, I have even removed the motherboard and placed it on my desk with only the bare minimum plugged into it and this message still keeps coming up.
It won't even let me boot up BIOS, the option is always there but no matter what I press on my keyboard nothing happens and it keeps going to that error message.

I have checked for mangled usb ports all seem to be fine.
Could it possibly be my PSU is dead or something. My PC is less than 2 years old though and the current power supply I'm using is a evga (psu) supernova 750 g2 which is a fairly good quality one with a gold rating. Any advice would be very helpful thanks. I really want to be able to play the Battlefield 1 Beta haha lmao.
