I have had the 100% usage bug before on my main hard drive but now my 2nd drive which is a Hybrid 1tb drive will max usage after the PC has been running for awhile. I will have to restart to fix the issue. I have tried all the normal methods to fix the main drive 100% usage such as Regedit and disabling superfect and windows search. Is there any other suggestions.

I'd recommend you try reseating the connections to the secondary hybrid drive and even check how the HDD usage will be after swapping the SATA cable and the port where the drive is connected to the motherboard. These spikes could be caused from a faulty hardware or a faulty connection. It might also be a good idea to check the health and SMART stats of the SSHD using its manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic utility.
