980ti low usage bf4 1080p

I don't understand how I can get usage in the 80% in 1080p but 4k it stays 98% 99%

Of course. I'm just explaining the phenomenon. The demands on the CPU don't change much with resolution, while the demands on the GPU are directly tied to the resolution and antialiasing settings (including the feature you mentioned which sounds like a form of downsampling). Essentially, you give the GPU more work to do because if you don't, it's just going to be waiting for the CPU to do it's thing anyway.

I am a avid BF4 player. When in 1080P go to advance video settings and crack Resolution from 100% to 120-150 it will give you 99% Usage.

He can bypass this his cpu is far good enough to crank it to 99% with 100+% resolution setting in the game.

So you are saying because at 1080p the gpu doesn't have much work to do at certain times hense the usage be sometimes around 80%?
