any suggested graphics card for low watt pc?

hi! any suggested gpu for my old pc i really dont know what low profile graphics card will i buy that can play dota 2 with a good performance.

my psu have this specs :

Input: 100-127V-6A 127-240V-3.15A
Frequency: 50Hz-60Hz
Output: +5V(14A, -12V(0.3A), +12V(14A), +5V(SB)(2A) +3.3V(13A)

i really dont have any idea what is the meaning of those numbers

A 750 ti or RX 460 will do the job just fine.
It will run DOTA 2 at max with 60+ FPS.
It doesn't need another power connector. (Except you get the "OC" model with dual fans and such it might need additional power connector)

What is your PSU brand and series ?

I would not suggest a 750ti on a 200w psu. Need to know other components. Pc model?

About the best you can get is a 730. If you wait a bit, the new 10 series has low end gpus that should be a lot better without costing more. Otherwise these other cards are 2 gens old now. It would also help to get more ram. You'd want a minimum of 4gb, preferably 8gb.

wow i can use a gt730? i review that gpu and i think that's good enough to play the games i want to play. by the way what will i buy there's so many variant of that gpu like a ddr3 ddr5 and a 68bit to 128 bit what do you think is the best for me to buy and how many ram should i upgrade?

The 64 bit version is a newer gen than the 128 bit version. It's better performance and less power usage. Gddr5 is better than gddr3. I'd just find the cheapest of those. http://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZJ7CmG/msi-video-card-n730k1gd5lpoc Ram is cheap, you can find 2x4gb for ~$30.
