cooler master seidon vs cooler master hyper 612 v2? i5 6600 no k

the title is pretty self explanatory, but basically, this is my first build and i want to know whether i should get either of these two coolers, i have done research and apparently they both perform around the same, but i want to hear your opinion

A stock cooler can be very noisy, i had before my 4690K a 3570 without k and after 2 weeks with stock cooler i bought a hyper 212 evo because the stock cooler was driving me crazy.
OP water cooler is much more silent then the air cooling but there are 2 disadvantages: 1 you need to giveup some exhaust fans and replace them with the radiator and 2. the risk of leakage.
Honestly i personally switched to watercooling and i will never go back to air cooling
