Should I be worried about these strange results from benchmarking CPU?

I have an intel I7 6700k processor. I'm using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and UserBenchmark programs to determine if my hardware is running properly. When I run a stress test on the Intel Utility, it says my CPU passes. But when I run the UserBenchmark program, I get mixed results. A few times I got a notification saying that my CPU was running at the bottom fifth percentile in performance, and that it's a sign of overheating or faulty hardware. But a few times it shows that it's performing within the 50th percentile, as expected.

Right now it is showing that it is performing as expected. But most of the time it shows that it is performing much, much worse.

Max temperature during a stress test using the Intel Utility marks 60 degrees C.

Are these results something I should worry about? Thanks.

Your CPU may not be boosting. Intel CPUs bring down the clocks to as low as 1.5GHZ or so when not in heavy use. Search Google for ways on how to disable Intel SpeedStep
