Zotac graphics card product registration query

I bought Zotac GTX 950 2 gb single fan 3 days ago.
I want to register the product in Zotac website for extending the warranty upto 5 years.

Question 1 : In the product registration area, there is a right hand column under the heading of "address information".The first space to be filled asks about company name.
Now,I don't work in any company. Or is it asking about the reseller from where I bought the product?... In that case do I have to give the address & contact information of that reseller under the "address information" column?... Or is it asking about my contact no., address?
I'm a bit confused... :??:

Question 2 : The registration asks to "upload the invoice"...
So can I upload the photo of the purchase bill directly or do I have to scan the purchase bill?

Where it ask for the Company name, it's meant for business buyers. So not your case, you can leave it blank (or, if the form requests that you write something there, type "N/A" [not applicable]). But below that, it's asking for your personal address.

As for the invoice, a pic should be enough.
