One SSD for OS and Games is enough. I did not include HDD because of tight budget. You can add HDD when you you feel its requirements and have money.
Provided a GTX1070 instead of GTX1060 because as you will be using this rig mainly for gaming GTX1070 will provide better performance than GTX1060 and will provide 60fps+ in nearly all the games for approximately 1-2 years whereas GTX1060 cannot provide 60fps+ for that long at ultra settings and will get even worse after that.
