Hi Tom'sHardware,

PC:
ASUS P8z77-V
Intel Core i7, 3770
ZotacGTX680 2gb
16gb RAM

It is completely strange what happened with me. I installed BF1 (the new battlefield game), played with the settings to make the fps somehow suitable. and noticed that I get only 35fps on average.

So I decided to open the case and clean the trash there. I found loads of dust..cleaned everything carefully. Detached the gtx680 graphic card, and blew cold air there to get dust out. After that, I reseated it perfectly, and tried to play the game.>> Boom! got 25fps, GPU temp: 101-102 C right away and then got a black screen.

What I tried so far:
1. recleaned the case and the graphic card
2. changed the slot to a new one
3. reinstalled Nvidia driver
4. changed power slots (there are 2 6-pins, I substituted them).
5. got the FAN to the max speed to check the speed, it is crazy, even in the game main menu (with some graphics) I got 101C.
6. tried different games, however, again got a black screen.

Would anybody help please? thank you very much.

PS: image of the how fast heating is happening, jumping from 45C to 101 in 3 seconds..and sticks to that:

I have Reapplied thermal paste..i bought Gelid GC-Extreme...amazing results..no black screens, even the fan is not running too fast.

Idle from 44C to 31C
in game (war Thunder, Extreme resolution, from 90C to 75C)
Titanfall..i can run it higher with 59 fps..before i could'nt have more than 40-45

so, good results so far
