I have gathered these parts, but I'm still not sure what Motherboard i should get. It would also be nice if you could recommend a good CPU Cooler.

My budget is 450€ - 500€

Solution
If you're going for the bang for the buck - I would suggest the Gigabyte GA-H81M-HD3 (rev. 2.0). It supports your CPU, has 6 USB ports and has high quality audio capacitors. It is indeed a H81M board, but it's BIOS is up to date and supports Haswell refresh, according to Gigabyte's webpage.

If you have a little bit more money to spare I would suggest you to get any Z97 board - the Z97 chip is originally made for Haswell refresh so I would suggest that in case of any problems with H81, which is a bit older and made originally for Haswell proccessors. Also, it leaves room for future upgrades like the i7-4790K, which you can overclock - thanks to the better Z97 chip and VRM heatsinks included on the higher value boards.

What Z97 board would you recommend?

I recommend the MSI Z97 PC Mate. Heard some good opinions on it. It's simple with a blue and black color scheme and a dark PCB. It also has MSI's handy dandy "Click Bios 4", supports DDR3-3000 (OC) memory and many more good things at a relatively low price.
