Hello everyone!
At the moment I got the i5-4460 combined with a GTX 760 192-bit edition in my PC. I also have a 144hz display which isn't used to its full extend yet due to the GPU bottleneck. The 760 is always at 100% while the cpu mostly uses only around 40% with some games pushing it to 70%. I'm planning to upgrade to a GTX 1060 to make full use of my 144hz monitor. But I'm wondering if my i5-4460 would be able to keep up and get to the 144fps in most games. Or does CPU usage not correlate with higher frame rates?
