Suggest suitable PSU...

Hello Guys,
This is my system configuration:
Motherboard : Z170 Pro4s
RAM : 2 x 8 GB G-Skill DDR-4 RAM (2400 MHz)
HDD : 1 TB Seagate Barracuda, 500 GB Seagate HDD
Processor : i3 6100 (6th gen)

PLEASE SUGGEST SUITABLE PSU. PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME CHART TO SELECT THE PSU I AM POOR IN THIS FIELD...

Get the Earthwatts I listed, you'll be fine.
The system is unbalanced because you have a low end CPU and a high end motherboard, I mean get an i5 6500 and a B150/H170 board!
The only point is SLI, but with an i3 6100 you'll barely even be able to push a single above 970 power graphics card let alone two. Usually you stick to the highest single card solution anyway due to poor SLI scaling and excessive power draw.
You REALLY should have run this build past the forums before building. :(
Oh well, too late now.

Okk but what did you just say about SLI..?? By the way my motherboard supports AMD Crossfire...
And can you suggest me any suitable Graphics card..for work station purpose
(Want to run softwares like Solidworks ANSYS ABAQUS etc..)
