GTX 1060 3GB or RX 480 4GB and the cheapest CPU that won't bottleneck to go with it

I have a pretty shitty pc atm, and i'm planning to upgrade. I'm aiming more on the $600-$800 budget but trying to make it as CHEAP AS POSSIBLE. so i'm split between a few gtx 1060 and rx 480s.

-there is Sapphire Nitro RX 480 OC with dual fans (price is pretty good)
-there is gtx 1060 3gb oc from MSI with dual fans (price is good in fact its cheaper than ^)
-there is digital alliance gtx 1060 6gb with dual fans (price is REALLY good for a 6gb model)
-there is zotac gtx 1060 with 3gb with SINGLE fans (the cheapest here)

It's kinda obvious to pick for the digital alliance one, but the store is kinda shady, and how the hell is it that cheap? (it's just a bit more than the rx 480) which one should i choose?

Also if anyone could help with the cpu that would be great... i heard the i3 6100 would bottleneck therx 480 so what's the alternative

Solution

I'd recommend a 480 and a i3-6100 it shouldn't bottleneck terribly and then you can always upgrade to an i5 or i7 later. If you really don't want a i3 you can always get a cheaper i5 to boost performance.
I assume you're in the US?
Get this build, it is the best value in that price range. ;)
I'll post a cheaper build as well, but I suggest you get this, as it is more futureproof in terms of CPU.

No, im not on the us :)
Are you sure about the gpu? Ive seen some threads that said the gtx 1060 3g is bad and less futureproof than the rx 480
