I downloaded and played Battlefield 1 Beta this morning. It ran great!
It crashed while I was looking at my "Personal" tab but my computer has BSOD's all the time so that's not what is bothering me, although if you have a solution to my problem it is another thread of mine.

The problem is:
I can launch the game, but as soon as it launches it minimizes into the taskbar. The Icon glows orange. I can click on it and it will open for about 3 seconds and I can hear the music but I can only see a black screen. It then re-minimizes and goes back to the taskbar.

I have updated my Graphics Drivers and done all Windows updates

Does anyone know a solution for this?

Thank you for the response. The Alt+Enter brought up the properties and the game loaded in its little screen and I could see it. However when I click on the game, it tries to enter fullscreen and becomes black and then closes. Is there any way I can force it to launch in windowed mode?

Interestingly, now Alt+Enter is not openeing properties but instead sends me into full screen in a terrible resolution. Its still black but now I can see the FPS numbers from GeForce and the game and hear the music. When I click on the screen the music stops and it minimizes. It then returns me to my desktop in the same terrible resolution.

If it helps, whenever it comes back the monitor displays "AVI" almost as if the screen had lost connection with the Dvi cable while launching.

Going to go ahead and mark yours as the solution, I did a lot of messing around and fixed it somehow and got to enjoy the final days of the beta. Thank you for your help.
