PSU for my new build
CPU : i5 6600 or sometimes 6600K
GPU: Amd Rx460 or Gtx 950
RAM : DDr4 8gb
Cooler: Hyper Evo 212x
Mobo: H170 or Z170 not Fixed
For this build how much Watt will be needed and if 2 way SLI/CF which is better.
and please recommend me good PSU which is not very expensive (70$)

Solution
Okay, SLI on the GTX 950 would be a total waste of money. If you do not plan to Overclock do not get an unlocked CPU and save money not having to buy an aftermarket cooler. Overclocking a CPU only improves performance by 5-7fps which is not noticeable at all because if your running at 60fps you won't notice a 5-7 fps increase. I would get a locked CPU like an Intel core i5 6500 which comes with a stock cooler which will be fine. And put more money towards your GPU. I see this happen all the time where they think "Oh CPU is most important" its not. The graphics card plays the biggest role in the performance on games. I would get an Intel core i5 6500 and put that other money that your saving from not going for the 6600k and Hyper 212x...

Okay. i need your help with something
i5 6400 costs like <$190 and i5 6500 is not available now , 6600 costs 218$ and 6600k costs like $290+
So which is best buy and how much is the difference in gaming if overclock 6600k to max?
so if not getting K cpu is any better to Z170 Mobo? H170 will be enough?

Well, A Z170 is up to you because it leaves future upgrade ability if you ever choose to get an Intel core i7 6700k or something and OC it. the i5 6400 and i5 6500 has barely any difference so for sure get the i5 6400. The difference in gaming if you overclock the 6600k to its max ability you will see maybe 7-8fps increase? But the 6600k can go up to like 4.8GHz but thats with a custom water cooled looping and etc which is really unnecessary. But on motherboard terms I would choose whichever one you want. Both boards will not see any "Performance" increase just different boards have different features and options to overclock and other things.

Okay thanks
6400 vs 6600 the difference is about 30$ and here 6600k is lot expensive so i will skip 6600k and 6400 vs 6600 should i save that 30$ ,? spend on graph?

Yes, it makes no sense getting the 6600 because you will not notice any performance increase. Put that towards are graphics card. As I said the GTX 1060 is the performance as a GTX 980 but for like $230 or something like that and its amazing performance.

Okay, Well I am guessing your USD so a good power supply would be the EVGA SUPERNOVA 650W PSU it leaves room for upgrades and such: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438026&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= (The power supply is the heart of your system if you cheap out on it you will regret it and loose tons of money on wasted parts that will be damaged.

Here is some model can u help me to choose from this?
Is there any better options?

How would 430W be on the low end for a system that won't go past 150W when gaming? Should be less, an RX 460 and GTX 950 + locked Skylake I5 really shouldn't go past 150W when gaming or 165W under full stress.
