Hello, i was playing rocket league and suddenly my pc shuts down, i cant start up the pc after that, it happened after i clean my cooler,cpu and socket with paper and a little of alcohol. I don't know if that's a psu problem because I felt a strange smell comming from psu and it was a little bit hot, but on my mobo I see the green light on, it means psu is giving power to my mobo I think. I don't know if the problem is the cpu socket or cpu, but the cpu doen't seem like damaged. I tried turn on the pc after replacing it with my other cpu but it still doesnt work, I saw the fans spinning a little and that's it. Plz help me as soon as possible !!!!! ;-;

Solution
That PSU can be reason as it is poor quality one. First change it if you are lucky your motherboard and CPU would have survived. Do you have some other setup where you could test your MB and CPU.

If some one you know have a good PC with good PSU simply take your case there and plug your motherboard to his PSU and test it out.

I could have change the psu cos I have another one but... idk how to take off the wires, there a a plastic connector with a round pin inside it that connects a fan with psu, I can't disconnect it and also the connector that connects mobo to psu, they are hard to take off and if I force myself I hurt my hands.... I also have opened the psu to see and I think nothing is burned, my psu had 500w and I was running a gtx 750 ti with it.
