Hello, so basically I want to play CSGO and Team Fortress 2 and Dota 2 etc at a smooth rate of at least 60 fps. I also want to edit and upload videos to YouTube using softwares like Sony Vegas. Lastly I also want to edit pictures using photoshop.

You would not be that smart if you would spend that much for that case on such a low budget. It would cut from performance severly.

Yes. The games you listed @60FPS, no problem. And very good for your work.
If you intend to expand your gaming interest and can afford it, though, investing in a more powerful GPU, like the GTX 1060 is merited.
