My build is:
CPU: E3 1230 v5 (OC to 4.2GHz-4.3GHz) with some decent liquid cooling to go with it
GPU: GTX 1060 (or potentially GTX 1070) (i will be overclocking my gpu as well)
Motherboard: Asrock E3v5 Fatality (Xeon is overclockable on this mobo)
MEMORY: 16GB DDR4 2133 MHz
Will 550W be enough (i'm going for CM GX II ver 2 550w PSU)

I dunno about the quality of that power supply in particular but if you're asking how many watts you need, I think you should be fine. My CPU has 125% overclock and a RX 480 and works fine on that number, I think you should be the same.

thanks for the info, i use my pc for rendering(a lot) and cassionally gaming, so that PSU need to be reliable and has enough juice for the whole system, because my CPU will be 100% usage pretty much all the time

The one you hand on your mind is decent.
