I'm pretty new to computers, so excuse me if I sound dumb. I recently got my friend's old PC for free, and the specs are quite good. I also know a guy with a pc very similar to mine. I, however, fps lag in games pretty hard like overwatch. Even on lowest settings in overwatch, I get like 40 fps average. My friend who has a pc similar to mine gets wayy better fps in games than me which I find strange. I think there is something wrong with the gpu, and I can't get access another computer to test it. Is there any application to test if there is something wrong with it?
GPU: gigabyte r9 280
CPU: amd a10 6800k
