Looking to build a new system around 800 pounds sterling to play simulation games and other fps a gfx card is not required and a basic but large case would be preferred for maintenance and cleaning and such this is my third build so I have a little experience but was hoping for ideas!

Solution
I included a Rx480 as well in the build. costs the same as the 1060, if you want an AMD card for some reason.

The case is easy to work with and I threw in a entry-level gaming card. I don't think you would need to spend more on this build.

I would go with that 480 Red Devil, great card. Also the Dx12 performance looking good for AMD.
