My AMD A10-6800K hits 70-74°C while gaming, is this still safe/normal? no overclock btw

Solution
Still hard to say for sure, as I have limited experience regarding APUs in general and specifics on temps. It does appear going back through your earlier posts that your temps are high. Are you using the stock cooler by chance? I'm not 100% certain, but I remember reading that the bundled cooler with these CPUs aren't very good to begin with. Since you seem to need the newer GPU drivers for games, and this raises your temps, you may need to invest in a better cooler.
What are you using to read temps? I've had odd issues in the past getting readings on AMD APUs. If you haven't already, you may want to looking into AMD's Overdrive software and "thermal margin". I mention this as I was getting very high BIOS readings, and usual Coretemp, Speccy. ect. were giving me very high readings as well until I learned about this.

If this is not the case, you may want to check the mounting of your CPU cooler/thermal compound, fan speeds, and be sure you have good airflow in your case.

I've checked up the operating temperatures for your computer's CPU and the details are as follows:

Idle: 28 - 35 degrees C
Normal: 50 - 55 degrees C
Max: 74 degrees C

According to the above temperatures, your computer's CPU is operating close to its maximum. I would recommend trying a more powerful CPU cooling fan. That should help considerably.

i don't know which one is correct

Given what I hear about Aida64, I'd trust their reading more than the other. However, there are multiple temp sensors in CPUs. One could be reading the package temp, while other is actual core temps. What does your BIOS say for temps? Though still odd situation, you could upgrade your CPU cooler.
