Will my Psu fry the motherboard?

Hi I am buying evga gold g2 650w psu, is it going to fry my proprietary motherboard. (I found a cable which helps me connect psu to the proprietary slots). My computer Hp 8300 elite mini tower.

I have no idea maybe someone else does know. If you have a adapter I'd say it will be fine but can't be 100%.

It's not compatible the Elite 8000 series uses a proprietary PSU.

Power pinouts may be different too , so might not run , but won't explode.

Look don't worry about how I am going to connect it to the mobo, I just want to know whether the psu will fry the motherboard.

Just try it, it's not like you have a choice unless you have a proprietary PSU to go in it.
