How to Cool Down Nvidia Geforce 8400gs without the fan

is there any fans that i can place near the video card?

i played call of duty advance warfare 4
lags mostly
i adjusted settings to performance
turn offed anti aliasing and set pre rendered frames to 1 ( No 0)
Still Lags
after i turn on aircon it lags a little but there is still lag

the GS 8400 is a very very low end card I doubt your lagging because of over heating with your card and if you really only have 1 gig of ram that a major issue with windows (even with XP). The first thing you need to do is upgrade your memory to at least 4gigs (most would recommend 8 but you can get by with 4GB). then think about upgrading your video card. If you have the $$ after upgrading your memory pick up a GT 730 1 DDR5 (make sure its DDR5) while not the best you can pick one up for under $60 and it is much better than your current card.

I would agree but maybe look for a gtx 750ti.
