I have a AMD FX 8350 eight-core processer at 3.8 Ghz I have 16gb fatality DDR5 ram, AMD Radeon R9 200 at 4gb. and an 850w power supply, I should be able to play any game you can think of and I can start up any game, but it takes me sometimes 30 minutes just for it to load. suggestions?

I have run a disk defrag, and a system diagnostic and my toshiba 1tb 7200 sata HDD seems to have no observable problems with it.
