Any video editing gpu reccomendation for under $200?

I will not be gaming and need a gpu for 1080p video editing. I might have a few 4k clips exported at 1080. Any recommendations? Do I need 4gb or faster 2gb?

the cuda cores on the 1060 would be a lot faster

price/performance would be great on a used 970 however

I will be using adobe premiere pro and some adobe after effects.

Well if your planing on making money you may want to look a the professional line of cards like firepro or quatro's but on the consumer side you probably would want to go with 1060 3GB or RX 470 4GB. I know adobe supports cuda and I also believe the support open cl but since those cards on new not many benches on them. Really if you can find a 970 for under $200 that would be good as well since it has more cuda cores than 1060
