Whats the best sub $200 used or new gpu

I need a sub $200 gpu for premiere pro. I wont be gaming and don't mind if it's used or new. I will mainly be doing 1080p editing, and might end up filming 4k in a few shots but compressing to 1080p. Would I need 4gb or 2gb and what gpu. PLEASE HELP

If you want to be able to render and playback in 4K, you'll need a 4gb card. You can get by with a 2GB card though if you're mainly doing 1080 and if you set your playback resolution in premiere pro to 1/2 or lower.

You can pick up most 2gb-3gb GPUs new or used depending on model for $100-170. If you're okay with used you might wanna look into a Radeon HD 7950 or 7970, a GTX 770, or go ahead and get the RX 470 4GB new.
