How does this build look

Solution
It's ok, but:
1) Don't skimp out on the PSU, the S12II is an OK unit, but once you've crossed the $750 threshold you should be looking into better ones. Seasonic G 550 is usually only $20 or so more, and so is the EVGA G2 550. Get a cheaper motherboard if you refuse to budge the budget
2) No sense in buying the WD Black line anymore, unless you absolutely need the extra space right now, it might be better to buy the 500GB version of the 850 EVO (~$180), and leave the additional HDDs for a later time
3) You are missing the OS. Unless you previously purchased Windows 10 retail or plan on never using Win 10 and have a different retail license (or linux), you will need to purchase a new license.
