I have an AMD 760G Motherboard and it currently has an FX-6100 CPU.
I'm upgrading to an FX-8350, will I have to reinstall the OS for it?
If so, how? Because I don't have the disc.
(I'm currently running Windows 10 right now)

With that motherboard a 125w cpu is a bad idea, the 760g boards have weak vrms and and are likely to throttle the 8350 when under load. I suggest saving your money till you can do a motherboard, ram and cpu upgrade and go Intel or wait for Zen.

Just a cpu upgrade wont require a reinstall but if you upgrade the motherboard aswell then its usually suggested for best performance.

Thank you for the feedback! Will the FX-8370E CPU @95W suffice?
I want to keep my PSU which is 450W intact for now, and I have a GTX 960 4GB GPU running at the moment.
Will there also be bottleneck issues?

Unless you have a high end 450W unit, most likely it won't be a good idea.

Unless you need the ~30% improvement in multithreaded performance, it won't really help you much. For games, any current AMD chip is nowhere near as good as even the i3 6100 that is actually cheaper!

Thank you for answering back, so I guess I'll make due with the fx-6100 for now and I'll see where it goes. I will need a better fan for it since the stock one sound like a vacuum
