PC Too Loud

Can someone please suggest me how to keep my pc silent. It roars like a lion when I run even low graphics online games and atm I am using nox (Android Simulator) and it just gets too loud after couple of seconds nox is running. Everything is stock in the pc and I even cleaned it couple weeks ago.

Specs:ASUS M11BB-US009S Desktop
AMD A8-6500 Processor 3.5 GHz
8GB DDR3
1000 GB 7200 rpm Hard Drive

When you cleaned it did you remove the heatsink and disturb the thermal paste there? Too noisy usually means too hot and the fan is running fast for some reason. First thing I would try is to clean the CPU and heatsink a then apply new thermal paste.

This can be caused by one of two things: Either your computer is getting really hot and the MOBO is cranking up the available fans to cool it down, or your MOBO is running the fans faster than it needs to. Do you have a temp tracking software like CPUid? If so can you post some temps that you're getting under idle and under load?

Old AMD stock heatsinks are terrible and come with poorly applied thermal paste. (Same goes for intel)
I would suggest any third-party CPU cooler.

It may not look it, but the Raijintek cooler runs very quiet and very cool, and is also quite small compared to other heatsinks, so is easier to fit.
