AMD Build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/hdchkT/
Good performance, lots of heat (will save on heating bills since winter is coming) but if you get this you're basically stuck with it.. AM3 sockets are a dying breed that is getting replaced in a few months with AM4 when Zen arrives. Gigabyte G1 GTX1060 is similar in price so that is also a great choice that will produce less heat, push out a few more frames and consume less power.

This is a Intel Skylake based build http://pcpartpicker.com/list/939VwV
Since you're on a tight budget this config isn't too powerful but thanks to the LGA1151 Socket and the H170 Chipset you can replace the i3 with a i5 6500 in the future. Also and SSD would be a good idea when you're able..

Post actual text or hyperlinked builds guys, very annoying to read.
Also don't get an AMD CPU rig for the love of god, IPC is terrible and performance is low.
CREATE YOUR OWN BUILDS!
I can't stress this enough @grama92.
@Hellfire, you've featured an absolutely terrible power supply and only 8GB of RAM, I can get an RX480 which only performs 5-10% worse in budget easily.
Get this OP, if you want it cheaper cut down on the case.
The i3 will not bottleneck.

u dont realisze that in ur build u never mentioned a graphics card which is significant and and adds to that budget and a psu that is tier 4... http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
i have given him a i5 over ur i3 with a better case and a better psu...

It is the updated CXM which is a solid quality unit and came out this year, you can tell the difference through the black labelling as a pose to the old green.
Yet another reason why I tell people to not use the PSU tier list for everything. T.T
In regards to your i3 comment, sure an i5 is optimal, but you also went nearly $100 over budget....seriously?
If you want an i5, get this OP, better value for minimal additional cost over your budget.

OP WAIT, before you buy that build, take note that he has only included 8GB of RAM, and an absolutely terrible power supply.
If you want an i5 build go with what i've listed above for $660, features much better quality components and a good power supply.

yes but that 8gb will still work with a gtx 1060 than a pc without a gpu that u have listed...and all the other componets are still gud quality...

Hellfire, cmon man, take some advice. :(
Theoretically 4GB of RAM will work, but is it optimal?
No.
The power supply you've listed isn't good for the load that it will be handling unless you want fried components.
The only build I would even consider using that in is a basic workstation PC with no GPU.
I've put in 16GB of RAM and a better power supply for quite a bit less, just go with it please.

seriously???

if i wud have had the option then i wud have recommended this...the best he can get...but it was going much beyond budget...
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qYTrxr/evga-power-supply-220g20550y1

but OP its something u shd consider over all the current ones suggested...its a very gud unit...

*sigh*
I'll let the power supply tier list do the talking, since that's the only thing people seem to take advice from...

Tier Four

Built down to a low price. Not exactly the most stable units ever created. Very basic safety circuitry or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice.

Corsair
CX / CXM Channel Well Technology

Take a look at my build and point out any issues with it over your build, i'd be happy to justify my choices, as I know they are all good quality products with good components.
The matter of fact is that it sports better performance than your build for cheaper, if you can't accept that I can't help you.

there is nothing wrong with ur build, so lets allow the OP choose watever he feels better...

OP u can consider the other build if u want, it is also gud...
